What was I thinking?
Today was a really unlucky day. I mean not totally. The year 2s were at Holland Village to sell their products at the bazaar. First met Zinc at 6.30. Turns out she forgot to wear the correct attire but I think it didnt really matter because her school uniform is okay. :) Still considered as school based attire. Then we reached Buona Vista MRT at around 7.30 to get materials and products from Cherisse before she went off for her Girl Guiding. Then Zinc and i head off to the Ghim Moh market to eat breakfast. Haha so fun! First time go eat breakfast with a friend. =) Then we headed to Holland V. We got lost 3 times. We crossed wrongly, walked wrong way, whatever. Anyway I never went to that place before and Zinc totally forgot about the road directions. But it's ok cos we asked around.

First bad thing, Marcus was sick and our materials for making earrings and the posters were all with him. Not that I blamed him la since he could not help being sick. Which reminds me of another thing: Weixin was also sick so we were really short-handed. The bazaar had pretty few people so Enzhi and Han Siang went around mobile selling. 辛苦他们了！They made most of the $ of the day. Then I had really a serious sore throat and slight fever. I couldn't swallow properly, even water was a "challenge" haha. At the end of my shift something happened and I felt:

Stupid
Sad
Embarrassed
Pissed
Angry
Possessed by the devil
Daoed
Really bad!!!!

I shan't write about it on the blog la cos it's a bit personal. Anyways I hope I can find the being that controls time. Then I can beg him or her to turn the wheel anti-clockwise to go back. Even though I had felt that way at that time I guessed I should not have done it, or even come up with it.... Then I 害了her..... I feel really bad that she had such a bad experience... so I guess

LIFE = tolerating people and keeping promises and not put yourselves first cos it will never work out to be the perfect equation.

Cassandra

Cassandra wants me to post something so I shall post something about her haha :P U asked for it, u GET it!!! :P

Cassandra is a name for female. It orginates from the Greek language and means "prophet of doom". From the Greek Κασσανδρα (Kassandra), which possibly meant "shining upon man", derived from κεκασμαι (kekasmai) "to shine" and ανηρ (aner) "man" (genitive ανδρος). In Greek myth Cassandra was a Trojan princess, the daughter of Priam and Hecuba. She was given the gift of prophecy by Apollo, but when she spurned his advances he cursed her so nobody would believe her prophecies.

Anyway I guess I can agree that she is a really nice junior who is 101% irritating and sick. She's also fun-loving and crazy! Look forward to having fun-filled Sectionals with her!!! :)

Band Concert Rocks!

Yesterday was the long-awaited, greatly-anticipated, first time ever for me, RHYTHM 22! Woots I'm so happy!!! Haha firstly I met Hui Ting at White Sands where we went to get Hui Xuan's card. Then I gave her the birthday present (pencil case + card) and then sang "Happy Birthday" to her in Japanese. Then Natalie came and we went to take prints. Realised we were late and ordered McDonalds before hopping onto her parents' car. We stopped by Natalie's house first as she forgot her tie and band badge lol. Reached DHS at 12. Took my instrument and file for the alto 1s. We boarded the last bus, reserved just for Saxes!!!! Ok then we went totally, CRAZY!!!! haha it was gift-giving time!!! We exchanged presents la (a Rhythm tradition). I gave letters to the junior high ppl and crackers to the senior high ppl. I received:

Goodies + card -> ChingEe
Goodies + card -> Yen Han
Chocolate-> Tse Shuen
Letter + bottle -> Sherwin
Card -> Jun Hao

*** Hui Bin didn't bring her postcards sobs so we all didn't get anything from her... =(

Oh yeah plus a really cute bookmark that is soft, cuddly, not paper nor metal, sheep, cute bookmark from ANNABELLE!!!! Haha i'm so touched 'cos she's not in my class, cca or watever. I dun really know her, except that she is a really kind, generous and sincere person. She gave me a present for Rhythm!!! Haha thanks! =D Anyway we just reached there, rehearse, play a fool and stuff. Plus took lots of pictures. Changed into blazer.... At 7.30,

THE REAL THING BEGAN.... (Drumroll please)

Lol first up was the KangQiao peeps (not sure whether is it like that spelled, if not someone correct me in the tagboard) followed by the senior high and alumni band. Then Mozard flute concerto, Bass Clarinet Concerto and Poema Alpestre. I didn't really get to hear much of the pieces except those that I performed in, which is BC concerto and Poema but i thought the Kang Qiao people played really nice when I heard bits and pieces. The singing was not bad too. Wow I love the Percussion Concerto!!!! Anyways got no time to play Saga Maligna because we exceeded by half an hour. That was the piece in which I played the best. Haiz nvrm la I'm sure that no one intended for us not to perform that piece, only because of time constrain. Nevertheless I will always remember this concert for as long as I live. Lastly, I went home with Zi Ying and Cheng Yu. Had an enjoyable ride home and chat, only my irritating brother hor..... lols that's all!!!
